POSITION: CALL CENTER AGENT
WHERE: Lusaka
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining effective communication and support between the company and its customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls for queries, follow-ups, and resolution purposes

Answer and resolve inbound customer calls

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records

Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints

Provide detailed information on products and services

Identify and resolve product- and service-related issues
-
Perform any other duties as may be assigned

Qualifications:

A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Administration, or any other related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

POSITION: MARKETING INTERN FACEBOOK TEAM
WHERE: LUSAKA
Role Overview:
The intern will engage with incoming leads via Facebook comments and Messenger, qualify prospects, and direct them through the sales funnel.
Responsibilities Include:

Respond promptly and professionally to Facebook comments, messages, and inquiries.

Ask qualifying questions to assess the prospect's interest and readiness to purchase a POS machine.

Capture and record lead information accurately
-
Collaborate with the sales team to schedule follow-ups or hand off hot leads for conversion.

Track daily response metrics and report on lead quality and engagement trends.

Maintain a friendly, brand-aligned tone while following communication scripts and guidelines.
Requirements:
-
Strong written communication skills, especially in clear and courteous messaging.
-
Ability to multitask and respond quickly in a fast-paced chat environment.
-
Familiar with Facebook/Meta Business Suite or willing to learn.
-
Basic understanding of how POS systems work (training provided).
-
Highly organized and reliable, with attention to detail.
