POSITION: CALL CENTER AGENT

WHERE: Lusaka

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining effective communication and support between the company and its customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls for queries, follow-ups, and resolution purposes

  • Answer and resolve inbound customer calls

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records

  • Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints

  • Provide detailed information on products and services

  • Identify and resolve product- and service-related issues

  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned

Qualifications:

  • A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Administration, or any other related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

POSITION: MARKETING INTERN FACEBOOK TEAM

WHERE: LUSAKA 

Role Overview:

The intern will engage with incoming leads via Facebook comments and Messenger, qualify prospects, and direct them through the sales funnel. 

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to Facebook comments, messages, and inquiries.

  • Ask qualifying questions to assess the prospect's interest and readiness to purchase a POS machine.

  • Capture and record lead information accurately

  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule follow-ups or hand off hot leads for conversion.

  • Track daily response metrics and report on lead quality and engagement trends.

  • Maintain a friendly, brand-aligned tone while following communication scripts and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Strong written communication skills, especially in clear and courteous messaging.

  • Ability to multitask and respond quickly in a fast-paced chat environment.

  • Familiar with Facebook/Meta Business Suite or willing to learn.

  • Basic understanding of how POS systems work (training provided).

  • Highly organized and reliable, with attention to detail.
